Success Takes Time

How many CEO’s do you know who’s built a multi-million dollar business in less than a year?  That’s right, it takes time! I’m going to give you an idea of the amount of time it takes to get to those income-earning levels in MY business.  When I first heard about Arbonne, I was SO confused; I didn’t get it.  I was making things more difficult than they really should be.  I was scared, unsure, and I definitely couldn’t understand why my good friend (who has an amazing corporate career, BTW) would even think about being involved in something like this.  She makes six figures!  The more questions I asked, and the more books I read about my industry, the more excited I became and finally began to understand things.  Can you relate?

We have 4 levels of management in my company.  I’m going to give you an idea about the overrides for the different levels of management.  I promise you that these numbers are on the LOW end, but even on the low end, they’re pretty amazing for “part-time” work!  These numbers do NOT include any commissions on sales, or cash bonuses.  They are ONLY the overrides earned if you have consultants on your team.  Basically, these numbers represent what YOU make on what THEY sell.

  • The first level of management is District Manager.  The actual RANGE of income is between $150 and $1,000 a month.  It takes an average of 7 months to get to District Manager; however, we teach people to reach that position in their first 2 months if they follow the system our team has in place.
  • Next is Area Manager. The average income range is between $1,000-$4,000 a month, and it takes on average 20 months to get there.  Again, many people can get there in way less than a year.  If you follow the system and have at least 10 productive hours a week to put toward this business, you will see success.
  • Then it’s Regional Vice President (RVP), and this is where you earn your beautiful car and start getting your $800 a month car bonus.  The average income for an RVP is $5,332 a month, but you could make up to $15,000 a month.   It takes an average of 34 months for you to become an RVP, if you follow The System that we teach you!  When I say “follow the system”, I mean you do not have to reinvent the wheel.  You do not have to waste your time creating new flyers, marketing items, or anything like that.  It’s all done for you.  In my business when you are an RVP, and you help someone else become an RVP, you ALSO receive a $100,000 life insurance policy!
  • The final level is National Vice President (NVP), and this is where you want to be.  The average income is $21,172 a month.  The actual range is $12,000 all the way up to a 6-figure (monthly income).  The potential is unlimited!  It takes an average of 53 months to become an NVP.  At this level, your car bonus goes to $1,000 a month, and you have the opportunity to attend our Leadership Retreat in Maui every year, with all expenses paid, for you and a guest.

The system is simple, the team I’m on is absolutely phenomenal, and they’ll do anything (but lie and steal) to make certain I grow and succeed in this business.
